Solid tempo with Kaito Licht leading from Neo Shakunage and Nong Lom. KAITO LICHT (4) is back at the races for the first time since December 10. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1300m at this track. Now under the care of new trainer Yuichi Oikawa. Expect him to play a major role. ROBERTA CARINA (3) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished ninth when fresh from a spell two starts back then improved and scored over 850m at this track two weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. DIFFUSE (1) was sent out at $29 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1400m at this track. Big chance to repeat the feat. NEO SHAKUNAGE (5) held on well to finish third when first-up from a break last time out over 850m at this track after leading for much of the way. Strong top-three prospect.
