Solid tempo with Kitano Martini to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. MONT SAINT VEDETTE (13) last appeared when she finished third over 1200m at this track on December 5. Hard to knock form this course having never missed the frame including two wins and one placing. Has found a suitable race. TOKINO CAMPIONE (14) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.5 lengths over 1400m at this track. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. SMILE KEI (5) did a good job last start to finish second at this track over 1400m, beaten one length. Ryuji Tatsushiro stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on nine occasions. Has winning claims on best figures. TOLAN TESORO (11) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when second over 1400m at this track seven months ago. Has a perfect first-up record from two starts. Tsubasa Sasagawa who has two wins when partnering stays on. Solid claims on best form.
