Solid tempo with Figurante possessing enough dash to find the front. TROUBLE'N PARADISE (4) ran well on debut, narrowly beaten over 1206m at Ararat. He'd looked good at the jump-outs and won't have to improve much to take this out. Has the outside gate, but he can skip over to the pace in a race devoid of early speed. BARRYFROM BRUNZWIK (1) resumes and is much better than the form line suggests. Impressed coming from last beaten less than 2L at Ballarat on debut and found Moonee Valley a bit tough, the one after. He brings two sharp jumpouts and Hurdle sticks from them. DIMACHAERUS (3) ran a much better race at his second outing, beaten 1.3L over 1100m at Avoca. He draws awkwardly, but he will come hard with the extra fitness. BLUE VALENTINE (10) won two jumpouts and was well supported at Kyneton on debut, fading late after racing forward. Will be fitter, and the blinkers go straight on. Has an inside gate and can't be ruled out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Trouble'n Paradise appeals most.
