ROYALE JACKET (1) made progress last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1700m at this track after being in contention on the turn. Overdue for a win. Nice effort last time so worth following up. POMPEII SHIELD (3) is yet to break through in seven runs but has been thereabouts. Last start was 6 lengths away in fourth over 1700m at this track. Should be poised just off the lead. Expecting a bold showing. ASIAH'S TIARA (6) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1800m at Turffontein Inside. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TWELFTH OF NEVER (4) made a nice return two back then met with solid backing but disappointed when fifth over 1800m at Turffontein Inside three-and-a-half weeks ago. Fitter and can do much better this time.
