Moderate tempo with Brutus Junius leading the way. BOGGY CREEK BOYS (4) raced over 1400m at Warrnambool on debut and was unlucky beaten by a long neck. Has the outside gate, but he's sure to have come on, and this looks well within his reach. ANGEL'S GATHERING (3) resumed off a wide gate at Echuca when expected to need it and raced accordingly. Showed enough in his first preparation to say he has a future, and he maps better today. With the extra fitness, he can make the finish. SOME CHANCE (10) drew the 14 gate and couldn't have been more impressive finishing hard over 1300m at Bendigo, beaten just 1.4L at monster odds. Has an inside gate today and keeps the in-form Coffey. He'll be right in it, holding that form. CAMELOT TIME (5) debuts and has been well educated. Draws low and is showing enough to keep safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boggy Creek Boys to win.
