Genuine tempo with Daigo Homare Ryu leading the way. GRASS FLAG (10) was thereabouts last time out when second at Funabashi over 1500m, beaten a nose. Cherry-ripe now. Has never been out of the placings in four starts at this journey and will play a prominent role. RAYEL (9) was quickly into stride and went on to score by 2 lengths last time out over 1500m at Funabashi. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. PETERS (12) turned in a fine effort to win by one length at today's track and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. DAYSTAR (5) is back at the races for the first time since February 26. Scored over 1500m at Urawa at the start of last prep. Can make his presence felt.
