Kazungula and My Boy Jim to stride forward and take up the running. KAZUNGULA (2) brings threatening form over this distance to peak. Maps well and keeps the handy 3kg claim. He finds the right race and will take plenty of beating. AVONBEG (7) made good improvement at Werribee and gives every indication the staying trip will suit. Ben Allen is a key jockey switch and she has plenty of scope for improvement. REGAL LOVER (5) disappointed at Moe but looked to be back on track placing at Sale prior. In an in-form stable and is looking for this trip. He's still well shy of his best and is a hope as well. YOU ROWER (6) may be the best of the rest, but it's hard to see him winning. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Kazungula to win.
