Just a moderate tempo headed by Immortelle, Outoftheoffice and Ol' Mate Coop. PIEDI VELOCI (3) has settled a long way back in his two runs this prep and made late ground without threatening, each time over today's trip. Trained here so might be worth one more chance in a moderate affair. OL' MATE COOP (5) was scratched from Race Two for two-year-olds to tackle the older horses. Travelled closer to the pace last time out and held on fairly for fourth over this distance at Inverell. Ready to peak after two runs back with winkers on for the first time. MAGGIE ROSE (8) started favourite but was never a hope when resuming for a new stable over 1250m at Taree recently. Has always improved second-up so she deserves another chance. FALL FOR AUTUMN (4) led and wasn't beaten all that far over this trip at Grafton last start when lining up for only the second time. Can improve again and isn't out of the equation. SANTOS EL HALPER (9) draws a nice gate and is worth throwing in exotics at the third run back. SUGGESTED PLAY: Piedi Veloci to take out a modest maiden.
