Expecting a slick tempo with Ring A Ling, Lady Bomber and Gold Quest leading the way. YOU'RE SO SPECIAL (15) is the best bet on the card. She has produced two good second-place finishes to date. She showed good speed over this course and distance last time, fought hard but found one too good on the day. The booking of Andrew Fortune is a big plus and she should take a power of beating. RING A LING (1) is better than her last start run would suggest as she was reported to be not striding out. She returns from a spell during which time she changed stables. She has scope and there should be good improvement to come. LADY BOMBER (2) returns from a spell and is having her first run from the Tara Laing stable. The drop to 1200m may suit her well and she can show good improvement. KEEP HAPPY (7) has not shown much promise to date. She is having her first run for the Alan Greeff stable and gets the tongue-tie fitted. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and the betting market will be a good guide with regards to her chances.
