Good early pressure with The Khan, Anarchy and Pisa Cake to vie for the lead. GROOVY DAY (6) was spelled off a heavy track Maiden win and then won this grade at Grafton first-up. Presents fitter for the sharp stable and maps for the run of the race. She can take the next step. PISA CAKE (9) wasn't beaten far at Grafton first-up and has been kept on the fresh side. She's right up to this at best and benefits from the 2kg weight relief. Draws awkwardly but Cahill is a positive jockey engagement. WRITTEN FAME (1) is a stablemate to the top selection and tumbles in grade. He is going well enough but has to lug a big weight briefly freshened. Thrives in the heavy and has to be considered. HURRICANE HARLOW (7) resumes in easier and went well at her only fresh outing. Two back she easily won her Maiden on a heavy track at Eagle Farm and the betting will be key with her.
