LOVE KISEKI (9) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1400m at this track. Placed to advantage and can make amends. CRESCO ROCKY (2) was never in contention when resuming last start over 1400m at this track, finishing ninth. Wataru Hirose who has two wins when partnering stays on. Open to improvement.
