Strong early pace from Pete The Snoop and Scottville Scooter pushing forward, along with Brazen Act from out wide. PETE THE SNOOP (3) gave backers a bold sight on debut, only to be grabbed on the line. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and gets some weight off. Expect him to prove even tougher to reel in. IHAVESEENTHELIGHT (2) is a four-year-old Divine Prophet on debut for the smart juvenile stable of David Vandyke. Has impressed in his lead-up work and gets a key booking in leading hoop James Orman. Wide alley the only knock. SCOTTVILLE SCOOTER (14) finds the maiden win elusive but it certainly hasn't been without trying. Is drawn to advantage and is sure to be giving herself every chance up on speed. Don't overlook. SILVER HAMMER (4) returns and makes his stable debut for the Vandyke team. Will be the one to look for climbing over their backs late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Pete The Snoop with race experience gets the nod.
