Strong early tempo with Edono Star Wood and Suzuno Al Rimal leading the way. HARU ICHIBAN (13) was safely held in better company two runs back then appreciated the easier grade last time, scoring over 1400m at this track. Confidence restored and can continue the winning form. ROSE PRINCESS (2) has missed the frame at her last couple of outings, the latest when 11th over 1600m at Tokyo. Has struggled on the JRA circuit recently but is better placed here. SUZUNO AL RIMAL (1) went fast early over 1600m at this track when resuming last time and went on to score by 6 lengths. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. REVUELTO DIO (4) last appeared two months ago over 1200m at Monbetsu when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Kiyoaki Takahashi stable. Has ability and makes plenty of appeal.
