Makusha and Jenni The Tank to stride forward and take up the running. UNTETHERED (2) did a good job from a wide gate at Sandown-Lakeside and then came back and placed stepping up to this trip. Led them up and was tough to the line. That's good form and he's capable of going one better. VALLEY KING (4) is good enough at best and will appreciate the step-up to the staying distance. He has to be kept onside. WAY UP HIGH (9) is much better than the form line suggests. She's been racing in stronger metro company and has won three times over this trip. She maps much better today and John Allen rides on an 8-day return.
PERFETTO (7) wasn't beaten far on the synthetic, but his turf form prior stacks up. He can race forward from the handy barrier. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Untethered.
