RADIANTE (4) was in the firing line on the corner and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1600m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. ISLE VITA (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fourth in a 1200m contest at this track a month ago. Nicely placed to get the prize. LANCELOT (1) started at $9.10 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 3.5 lengths at this track over 1200m. Hard to beat in this suitable race. MIRAIE HOSHO (9) ran fifth at her latest appearance over 1700m at this track, clocking in 6 lengths from the winner. Ticks all the right boxes.
