Without a great deal of early pace evident Tsumiki Hitotsu may lead the way over Win Franchise. TSUMIKI HITOTSU (3) is having his first run since November 8. Has a very good fresh record, scoring three times including one over 1400m at this track at the start of last prep. Comes to hand quickly so a bold showing is expected. DEL MIO CUORE (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 33 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 1600m at this track. Hard to beat in this suitable race. WIN RUBELLITE (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 1600m at this track, beaten 14 lengths into eighth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. SKIP A BEAT (5) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1600m here last time. Sure to be winding up late.
