Pace strong with Holy Grail and Esca Tiae leading with Blue Passion nearby. ESCA TIAE (8) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when second over 1400m at Urawa when she was always up in the leading division. Taking on a better line-up this time but she good enough to play a major role. BLUE PASSION (4) was an effortless winner last time over 1600m at this track, scoring by 4 lengths. Form at this track is solid. Bold showing expected. ANOTHER MATE (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when fourth over 1600m at this track four weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. WILL SHINE (2) is back at the races for the first time since March 20. Scored over 1000m at this track at the start of last prep. Makes plenty of appeal.
