Fast tempo likely from Jonson going forward from out wide, with Riga joining in. WORLD WIDE (1) improving gelding having his third race start in this weaker contest. Comes out of a strong rating contest after sitting on the speed to finish second over 1250m at Newcastle. Blinkers go on from the inside gate and will prove hard to run down. MAGIC FLAMES (11) just under a month between runs when she closed strongly for an unlucky fourth over 1200m at Gosford. Looking for this journey now in an easier contest. TITAN OF FURY (6) drifted back on the tight Wyong track and never looked a genuine threat with the 59kg to finish ninth over 1200m. Big drop in weight and can surprise at the good odds. CLANWILLIAM (2) resumes from a lengthy break. No match for the smart Long Legs with a closing fourth over 1400m at Rosehill in a Super Maiden last October. Blinkers come off and can surprise fresh.
