Moderate pace only with Gregarious Girl leading Quick Spell. GRASSBURN (5) has been solid in two runs back from a spell having gotten back in the field from a wide draw at Geelong last time out and making some ground to finish sixth in what looks a much stronger maiden. Finds the right race now and just needs a good ride form the wide draw to go close. QUICK SPELL (12) has had a few chances but is going quite well, not finishing worse than fourth in his past six starts. Drawn wide but can roll forward and give a sight. HARD BOB (3) can mix his form but is fresh with a new camp here and his best gives him claims. GREGARIOUS GIRL (6) gets onto a firmer deck now which can spark improvement. SUGGESTED PLAY: Grassburn to win.
