MARIACHI (6) settled well back then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished seventh last time out over 1600m at this track when first up from a spell. Tackles a longer journey this time. Fitter and one of the leading chances. BELGARATH (5) improved last start but found a couple better over 2000m at Urawa. Beautifully placed to play a major role. CARNIVAL MARCH (3) finished adrift in ninth last time over 1600m at this track in a disappointing performance. Expect he will make amends.
