INNER STEEL (14) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1600m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SKY ACROSS (2) is in winning form after scoring as favourite last time out by one length over 1600m at this track. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Should be poised just off the lead. Best figures should see him run well. CANDELARIA (11) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1500m at Urawa, finishing second and beaten 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Tsubasa Sasagawa gets the best out of this four-year-old entire. This doesn't look as hard so he is ready to return to the winners' list. DER STURM (1) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start over 1500m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a major role.
