TAMAMO ICARUS (5) met with solid support last start over 1200m at Kokura when second, beaten 7 lengths. Certainly deserves another chance. GOLD VENUS (2) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 1200m at Kokura in a tougher race. Has plenty of upside so a big run is anticipated. LITORIA (3) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second over 1200m at Kokura. Has ability and must be respected. JUNE MARRON (1) didn't do a lot on debut eight weeks ago, finishing 9 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1400m at Hanshin. Plenty of scope for improvement. Can feature in the finish.

CONEY ISLAND (5) is a two-year-old filly at the races for the first time. From an elite family that includes champion filly Liberty Island, being by Contrail from the multiple Group One winning Australian race mare Yankee Rose. Comes out of the strong juvenile stable of Mitsumasa Nakauchida. Sure to make a bright start to her career. WITH QUEEN (7) is on debut for the Hiroyuki Uemura stable. Two-year-old filly by Contrail from Sunday Jupiter. Bold showing expected. Watch betting. FESTIVE DRESS (2) is facing the starter for the first time. By Pyro and hails from the Okada stable. Expected to feature. RUBY ECLIPSE (4) is on debut. By Kitasan Black and comes from the Tomokazu Takano stable. Worth watching for a betting push.

FRANKIE BAROWS (13) has registered three minor placings from three runs this campaign. Turned in another good performance at his most recent run when second over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt after he was always up in the leading division. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. SCHONE AUGEN (16) showed early speed from an outside draw when resuming last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish second, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1700m at Kokura Dirt. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing. HAPPY DUN CHAN (7) is a three-start maiden who finished fourth at his most recent outing over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Finds the right race and is worth consideration. SANTO MONARCA (9) has filled a minor placing on three occasions in nine starts, all at today's distance. Failed to add to the tally last time out when fourth over 1700m at Kokura Dirt. Expected to measure up.

COSMO GLORY (3) was right in contention when they turned for home and kept finding to finish second last start over 1600m at Hanshin, beaten a neck. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. ARRONDI (1) last appeared on March 16 when a good sixth over 2000m at Hanshin, beaten 2.25 lengths, which was his only run of the campaign. Comes here with definite claims. MEINER BISMARCK (14) resumed from a spell last start with a sound third over 2000m at Kokura. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing. ASK URBAN SEA (4) finished second last time over 2000m at Fukushima, beaten 2 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Capable of another bold effort.

SPANNEND WILL (1) raced on the speed when resuming last start and battled on well but found one better over 1700m at Kokura Dirt. Can improve enough to win this. MOZU K STAR (11) has not been sighted since he finished sixth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt on May 31. Well placed and should be tough to beat. BEAM (13) is a four-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 9 lengths when fifth over 1700m at Kokura Dirt. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time. TAVANESTAN (14) is back after a break of ten months. At the last run before the layoff he finished fifth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Can kick off with a bold showing.

ISANA (9) returned from a spell two weeks ago when he was prominent at the turn before being beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth over 1700m at Kokura Dirt. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. GRAVIS (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt, beaten 6 lengths into fifth after being in contention on the turn. Nicely placed to get the prize. WONDER STING (7) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. BOX OFFICE (12) resumes in a similar race to his last run four-and-a-half months ago when 12th, beaten 19 lengths. Looks one of the genuine hopes on his best form.

MEINER TICKET (13) resumes. Did a good job at his only run last prep on 11 May, finishing eighth and beaten just 3 lengths over 1600m in the G1 NHK Mile Cup at Tokyo. Expect him to prove too good in this much weaker race. KITASAN D'AMOUR (10) is back from a break of nine weeks. Put together back-to-back wins before going for a spell, the most recent at Kyoto over 1400m. Winning chance. LADY MARION (11) is back from a spell of three-and-a-half months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1400m at Hanshin. Solid chance. STAHL WIND (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 1200m at Kokura after he was well back on straightening. Likely improver who should be competitive.

T O ELVIS (13) is a promising galloper who got the prize at his only run last prep four months ago over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. Expecting a bold showing. FENDER (10) is racing well and has registered three minor placings from as many runs this prep, last time out finishing second over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt after being in contention all the way. Likely improver with strong prospects. ECORO NEO (1) worked home well to grab third at his latest appearance at Kokura Dirt over 1000m. Good signs last time and is capable of another bold performance. ASTER RUHUNA (5) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she was beaten a long way over 1000m at Kokura Dirt. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.

CHAMPAGNE POP (10) drifted back then closed strongly to score on debut over 1800m at this track 16 months ago and has not been produced since. Looks promising and can measure up again. SHOW DANCER (1) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when third over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt four months ago. Has scored first-up from a spell before. Best form puts him right in this. EMMA (6) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when seventh over 1800m at Kokura. Will strip fitter and is expected to do much better. ZEN ESPOIR (2) was in the firing line on the corner and finished third last start over 1700m at Kokura Dirt, beaten 4 lengths. Ready to go a couple better.

GABBY'S BROTHER (7) has not raced since he finished tenth over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt on May 4. Opened last prep with a placing on debut at Kyoto. Best form puts him right in this. KALPA (6) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Capable of playing a major role. HAKUSAN IRIS (9) finished third last time over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt when resuming from a spell, beaten 3.5 lengths. In the right race and is sure to prove hard to beat. ENERGY GANZ (10) was beaten 4 lengths into sixth over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt at his latest appearance. Finds a nice race and can atone.

SUNSET VIEW (5) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished third, beaten 7 lengths, over 2400m at Tokyo. Tackling a more suitable race this time so she is a major player. SENA STYLE (7) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 2000m at this track six-and-a-half months ago and has not raced since. Likely improver who should run well again. MARGOT REGINA (12) returns after a spell of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1800m at Hanshin. One to consider. SILENT GROOVE (8) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when third over 2000m at Kokura. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent form.

DANON PRIMA (8) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when second over 1200m at Kokura when she was handy all the way. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. A SHIN PANTA RHEI (13) returns from a spell of 11 weeks. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when 11th over 1200m at Niigata. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. Likely to feature. MOZU REIRA COCONA (3) was close to breaking through last time, beaten just a neck over 1200m at Kokura after being in the firing line on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. YAMANIN LESEDI (9) tackled a turf track for the first time last start when unplaced over 1200m at Kokura, 4 lengths away from the winner. Likely improver.
