A few sit handy but there won't be a great deal of early pressure.
HARDLEY GREY (2) continued his long run of sound performances when an eye-catching third in a similar race to this at Casino ten days ago. Goes well for Danny Peisley who reunites. Sure to give backers a great sight. RUBYDOO (7) found 1100m a bit sharp at Gatton last time but she did get to the line well. Fitter for two runs back from a two-month let-up. Genuine contender. NORTHERN BOOGIE (9) chimed in late and was less than a length from the winner over this trip at Casino most recently. Needs luck from a tricky gate but is one to watch for late in proceedings. EGOTISTIC (4) hasn't won for well over a year but her form at Grafton is always good, including a close second here two back. Sure to make her presence felt. MISS ZERMATT (8) ended a long run of top three finishes at Beaudesert a fortnight ago. Placed three from six at today's distance - one for the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hardley Grey each-way.
