Many of these step out for the first time so a genuine tempo is expected. ATTRACTIVENESS (8) no match for the classy Caffe Florian on debut when a respectable fourth over 1100m at Canterbury. Will appreciate the drop in grade and extra distance from the low gate. Go close. APERITAS (7) three-year-old filly by Exceed And Excel from Thermosphere on debut for the Michael Freedman yard. Has looked sharp in her two latest trials and gets her chance from the barrier. TAHURANGI (12) best performance in four starts when she launched late for a narrow second over 1200m at this track. Has a fitness edge over the bulk of these from the right gate. Each-way player. HARRY'S HALO (3) just over three weeks between runs when raced flat and could only manage to finish fourth behind Sequista over 1200m at this track in a Super Maiden. Fitter now and assess on earlier runs. SUGGESTED PLAY: Attractiveness can shed her Maiden tag in a solid contest.
