CRESTA RUN (1) is going nicely through her grades with the three wins from her last four starts. Showed good early speed from the wide draw when a commanding on-pace winner over 1100m at Scone. Looks up to this stronger contest from the gate and races best with her runs spaced. BE QUIET (3) handy mare improving with age. Closed strongly from the lengthy break when a courageous fourth over 1100m at Canterbury in BM72 class. Gets a similar set-up today and looms as the main danger. MAJESTUOSO PHOENIX (7) lightly raced gelding who resumed with a respectable sixth over 1100m at Hawkesbury in a fast run contest. Clearly returned in good order and he gets map favours. OCEANS ONE (2) tough gelding with a handy record over this track and trip. Gets every chance and looks a key player. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cresta Run will take catching again.
