Had recorded a string of wins and placings prior. Best figures measure up nicely. Likely to run well. BULLDOG KING (5) got well back over 1400m at Mizusawa last time and never threatened but was going well with a string of top-two finishes. Toshiya Yamamoto gets the best out of this four-year-old entire. Ideally placed and may take plenty of stopping. STORM SURGE (7) finished fourth two runs back at Mizusawa then improved last time out to score by a head over 850m at Mizusawa. Likely to be there at the finish again. TENGU CLUB (1) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by 5 lengths over 1400m at Mizusawa. Goes well at this trip, recording seven minor placings and should be in the finish.
