Strong tempo to be established by Hakusan Shuttle, Misty Blue and Plumeria Ring. HAKUSAN SHUTTLE (10) has been low flying recently, lifting strongly to score over 1500m at this track at the most recent appearance to make it two straight victories. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Expected to be in the finish. MISTY BLUE (2) is in great form lately scoring two wins in a row, the latest here over 1500m by a neck. Rates as a clear danger again. CANTA CANARITO (12) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 8 lengths over 1500m at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a nice race and can make amends. MARIANA JAZZ (9) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 1500m at this track. Can figure in the finish.
