Mozu Akatombo and Immortal Soul will press forward in a keen battle for the lead. MOZU AKATOMBO (4) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1400m at this track. Finds a tougher race but she has the ability to test this field. THALJ (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start when he did his best work late but found a couple better over 1400m here, beaten 4.5 lengths. Must raise the bar but he has the talent to test this line-up. SAKURA RUFEN (5) is a distance specialist who was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1500m at this circuit, beaten 9 lengths into seventh after being in contention on the turn. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. IMMORTAL SOUL (8) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fifth, beaten 9 lengths, over 1500m at this course. Solid top-three prospects.
