Miss Kasei has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. Wide open. MISS KASEI (9) is a progressive type and looks sure to give a sight. On speed and boxed on well for a close-up fourth at Swan Hill most recently and placed the start prior as well. First try here but placed on the all weather at Pakenham and drawn to go close. SECOND TIME (4) was a debut winner then solid last time when fourth here on the turf in similar grade. Has upside and looks a leading chance. INTIMEOFNEED (6) finished closer second-up and should be at top now for this. Could be over the odds. TWO SIGMA (2) was beaten easily fresh but strips fitter and can improve sharply. TAURI (10) has been safely held on wet tracks lately but is fit and tough and can do better this time. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Miss Kasei.
