Solid tempo set by Plus Ultra and No Standard. MARIA DIOSA (1) didn't do a bad job when second last start over 1400m at this track, beaten a neck. That followed a win here the start prior. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. PLUS ULTRA (7) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1400m at this circuit after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Hirohisa Tachi gets the best out of this eight-year-old entire. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. NO STANDARD (8) bounced back last start and landed the prize by 2.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend over 900m at this venue. Has his share of ability and will prove hard to beat again in this suitable race. MIRACOLO CANALE (6) did a great job to score by a neck over this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. No reason why he cannot salute again.
