A solid tempo on the cards with Seiun Ater taking charge. DAICHI RAPPORT (9) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1400m at this track, finishing second and beaten 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is right in contention. SEIUN ATER (6) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1500m at this track after being in contention all the way. Has good early pace. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. DAICHI RAFALE (10) finished second over 1400m at this track at his most recent appearance on March 10. Has switched to the Fujigasaki Kazuhito stable. Can make his presence felt. RAGING THRUST (8) was beaten 5 lengths into seventh over 1400m at this track two weeks ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
