DIAMOND GUST (2) has been racing in stronger and went well over 1700m at Geelong before placing second at Pakenham over 2000m from the speed, where he found one much too good on a heavy track. Comes home, and Ben Allen sticks aboard. Well-placed and is going to prove tough to run down. PANDA'S SPECTRUM (8) broke through for her Maiden win over 1600m at Seymour last time. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely, and she is a solid top-three hope. POWERFUL TORQUE (1) failed to come on at Cranbourne last time but was narrowly beaten there over this trip prior, also at 70 level. Went back-to-back the two before and has been refreshed 46 days. Placed in a recent jumpout and racing forward, he can get back on track. PROSHOW (5) was beaten a whisker this track/trip two back and judge his chance on that.
