Strong tempo with Kumasan Arigato, G T Paris and Yasuke leading the way. G T PARIS (8) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish sixth over 1580m at this track in a disappointing performance. Well placed and in the mix. YASUKE (3) showed early speed from an outside draw last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish second over 1400m at this track. Hard to beat in this suitable race. GREAT GENES (6) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a second over 1400m at this track when beaten a neck. Backmarker who gets home hard. Should be competitive. B B LAUGHTER (2) lines up for the first time since December 3. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1400m at Kochi. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
