Expecting Etched In Time to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. ETCHED IN TIME (2) has frustrated the stable this time in and due for a change of luck. Senior rider engaged and will appreciate the firmer surface after finishing a close-up fourth over 1200m at Gosford. Each way prospect. HULU (5) had mixed fortunes in two runs back and strips fitter after failing to get into the contest when ninth over 1300m at Scone. Saves her best for this track and trip and kept up to the mark with a 1000m trial. Can race closer from the gate. PENSATIVA (9) improving with racing and set to peak after finishing a close fourth over 1280m at this track. Maps well and can add value to the exotics. PINS AND NEEDLES (12) holding her form well and was just over a month between runs when a fading fourth over 1450m at this track. Strips fitter and Looker keeps the ride.
