GOING: G

Hyland Sportswear Fillies & Mares BM64 Handicap 1400m

Track: Good 4   Clear (Max: 30)   Rail: Out 3m Entire Circuit.

Moderate tempo with Juniors Queen leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. STEALTH OF NIGHT (6) is a lightly raced four-year-old mare who resumed for her second preparation at this track over 1200m, racing away to an emphatic 3.5 length victory. Has plenty of upside and will prove awfully hard to toss again. GUERITE (7) has placed in both runs back from a spell, beaten narrowly second up at Geelong. Should relish this trip now and can improve again. QUEEN OF TUSCANY (1) ran a better race last start in a similar race when beaten two lengths into second. Can figure. PERFECT GOLD (2) was a narrow winner fresh, even when tackling a stronger race last time out. Looks better placed here. KALIMNA VIEWS (5) is in the minor mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stealth Of Night to win.
