Small field but plenty of pace engaged, including Juliet Tango, Doitwithdiamonds and I Am Regal.
DOITWITHDIAMONDS (3) was only bloused out late over 2000m here last start after winning over this trip by more than 3 lengths in her penultimate start. She has 3kg less to carry this time, and Gavin Lerena keeps the faith. On top. MISS SCALETTA (2) was not disgraced in G1 company here in her penultimate start and then was too strong as expected on the inside course here 16 days ago. She is again well-placed and with Piere Strydom stepping into the irons, she can double up. RANI OF KITTUR (4) had an excuse here 6 weeks ago when not striding out correctly. She is better than that, and with some time to get over that issue, she can bounce straight back into the money. MARY'S GREENLIGHT (1) needed her last start over 1400m and is better placed over this longer trip. She has the pole position and slides down in grade a touch. Stick with her on an each-way basis.
