Strong pace from Star Intrigue and Truth I Fear matching motors with Crook close at hand. TRUTH I FEAR (7) resumes after going out a winner at start sixteen over 1400m at Warren on November 10. Not asked to do much in the only trial and gets his chance from the draw. COMMANDORO (1) ran on late when resuming at the Sapphire Coast just over 2 weeks ago and usually improves with racing. There is a query with a wet track, but he can figure in the top 3 this time. STAR INTRIGUE (6) made some solid progress last prep and is resuming without a trial under his belt. He led all the way when clearing his maiden status fresh up last October and could take some pegging back in this. MISS PIERA (13) will be seasoned enough to cope with a heavy track and just found 1250m last start a touch too far. She is better placed over 1100m and is worth including in all combinations, especially from the pole position. SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Piera each way.
