Expecting Boom In The Dark to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. Competitive. GHOST WALKER (4) went close heavily bet at Goulburn and then won a CL1 there back to this distance. Maps for a soft run, and can go on with the job. CANADIAN RULER (1) switched to the Matt Dale stable and resumed with a narrow defeat this track/trip. He has the best numbers but draws awkwardly. Has a handy 2kg claim today and goes well second-up. A threat with average luck. BOOM IN THE DARK (3) switched from the Gollan yard in Brisbane and freshened was beaten 1.4L at Goulburn over 1000m. He will be better for that and the longer sprint will suit. Has the gate speed to manage the sticky barrier. ZALE (7) is racing well and can't be ruled out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Ghost Walker.
