Many of these step out for the first time so a genuine tempo is expected. The babies kick us off with most of these facing the starter for the first time. Of the raced brigade, THEE CREEK (1) looked good finishing runner-up over this track and trip on debut before just missing the placings in the $500,000 QTIS Jewel last time out. Du Plessis sticks, draws low and has race experience over most of these. Ticks a few boxes. FIND ME (2) has shown ability placing in a recent trial and is sure to be well-educated from the Gollan yard. Gets some weight relief with the claim and any market support must be respected. LUKEY BLUE (21) beat Find Me at the trials and Smith stays on top for race day. Keep safe. The well-related WHISPERING ROGUE (19) (half to 2xG2 winner and G1 placed Whispering Brook) next in line. SUGGESTED PLAY: Thee Creek to break the maiden status.
