Winston, Larsen Bay and Bitcoin can set up a solid gallop. AMLETO (2) raced on the speed from the outset last start and was beaten just under a length over 2000m. That followed a good first-up run and while he doesn't win often, the prep is trending the right way and this looks the perfect third-up option. HIGH TEMPO (8) has been beaten half-a-length or less in 4 of her past 5 starts, so she's a model of consistency and can't be dismissed despite the potentially tricky wide draw. Conversely, WINSTON (7) is drawn ideally and has been around the mark in most starts this prep, so should be ready to go now. BELLONADO (4) has a wide gate to overcome, but showed great improvement second-up, will have come on from that and should be even better suited up to this trip. SUGGESTED PLAY: Amleto to win.
