Strong tempo from Tavijewel, Danish Hussar and Big Time Charlie. TAYTAY BAY (3) comes back from 2200m last start where he stayed well on the heavy track at Nowra. Back on top of the ground today and back to 1750m which doesn't look an issue. Loy and Pepper combine again and another forward showing is on the cards. BIG TIME CHARLIE (4) made it a hat-trick of wins, scoring easily over this track and trip last time out by 2.5L. JVO hops back on board today and he can roll across to lead despite the wide draw. In hot form and can continue his winning run. TAVIJEWEL (6) disappointed last time out as the race favourite but his form prior was very good, including a dominant win at Dubbo. Back in trip today is the query, but he'll appreciate the firmer footing and he won't be far away. LUCKY STAR (5) is better than he showed last time out and he can't be discounted. THAT A BOY (2) won well fresh before being outclassed at the midweeks last time. Can bounce back. SUGGESTED PLAY: Taytay Bay can get the job done.
