Good pace expected with Russian Pins, Fanci Fleur and A Touch From Fayt paving the way. BRUTAL LASS (7) is back after a four-month spell. Returned from 13 months off the scene to win at the beginning of last prep. Two recent trials will have her forward enough to repeat that performance. STEFFI ELECTRICA (5) settled back in the field and couldn't quicken when first-up on the Gold Coast poly last time out. Placed at two of three over today's distance and is far more at home on the turf. STREET DAZZLER (9) was a little slow to begin so did a good job to finish less than two lengths from the winner over 1100m at Gatton recently. Ready to peak at the third run back. BEAU'S GIRL (11) caught the eye when beaten a whisker first-up from a 17-month spell over 1000m at Toowoomba last start. Will take great benefit from that run - good enough to take this out. ZAVEGA (14) continued her good form this prep with a closing second over 1200m at Moree last time out. Coming back in trip and the wide alley are negatives however. SUGGESTED PLAY: Brutal Lass to win first-up.
