Triple Threat should find the front with Merchant Banker and Emac on his heels. MERCHANT BANKER (2) was solid enough when resuming over 1200m at Te Rapa after racing prominently before peaking late on his run and finishing fourth. He boasts an excellent second-up record and he has needed time to fully mature. Hard to beat in this. EMAC (5) made his debut over 1215m at Arawa Park and was far from disgraced despite finishing midfield on a very testing track. He would have learned plenty from the experience and is capable of showing significant improvement at his second time at the races. GAME FACE (7) resumed with a fair effort over 1200m at Hawera and she is another expected to take improvement from the outing. Include in all top 4 combos. TRIPLE THREAT (3) hit the line nicely for second by a head fresh up. Each-way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Merchant Banker can take this out.
