Simmontavi and Miss Lottie have the pace to take up the running at a solid tempo. MISS LOTTIE (4) has been narrowly beaten twice since the first-up Maiden win and raced favourite at Swan Hill last time. The 2kg claimer will psiti09on forward and she's ready to salute again. SUMMER NIGHT (1) won a strong Maiden at Swan Hill by a space. He will be fitter and will run along from an inside barrier. Just needs to hold the form to go close. IL AMERICANA (6) led and improved winning a Maiden here and then got back at Swan Hill in a 64 and was plain. This suits the local better and keep onside. DOUGAL MCKEEN (3) has been refreshed and comes back to a sprint. He's jumped out well since his last race, and his Kilmore placing two back reads well. The blinkers are on for the first time. SULACO (7) rates well off the near miss at Moe, but the outside gate makes it hard. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Miss Lottie.
