Only raced once last prep and finished fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 2000m at this track. Will prove tough to beat. CURREN WRAP STAR (14) ran on well to get up for third at very long odds at his latest appearance in stakes class at this track over 2000m. Good signs last time and worth consideration in this company. DIVINE STAR (8) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 7 lengths away in 13th over 2200m at Nakayama on March 1. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Will be in this for a long way. LIEN BERE (1) last appeared when he finished sixth over 2400m at Hanshin on April 5. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
