Richard Fourie retains the ride and he is one of the leading contenders. SANSA STARK (5) drew off well when winning her last start over this distance. The 2.5kg claiming apprentice Brevan Plaatjies retains the ride and the combination merit healthy respect. TWICE THE MASTER (6) in what was his second run this prep finished fifth over 2200m at this track last start after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds an easier line-up here and rates well as a leading chance. BEER WITH THE BOYS (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1800m at this track when finishing seventh. Has each-way claims.
