A solid tempo on the cards with Gott Schein taking charge. GOTT SCHEIN (1) is progressing well this preparation. Opened with a sixth at Himeji two starts back then scored by a neck as favourite last time out after being in contention on the bend over 1400m at this track. Steps up a level but he is good enough to figure in the finish. DAIBOKEN (5) showed good early speed from the inside draw last start before finishing second over 1400m at Himeji. Worth noting Wataru Hirose goes aboard. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. MIRA MONTE (8) finished third last time out over this course and distance, travelling towards the tail before winding up strongly in the final stages. Must be included. AKAKICHINO ELEVEN (10) settled well back before making steady ground in the straight last start to finish fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over this journey at this track. Must be included.
