Genuine tempo with Kagemaru and Rhizomatics leading the way. RHIZOMATICS (8) did a great job to score by 3 lengths over this course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves plenty of thought. SNARK SHUNSO (9) was far too good first up last start when he scored by 6 lengths over 1400m at this track. Will be better for that latest run and is among the leading chances. PLAISIR (1) finished fifth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 7 lengths after being in contention on the bend over 1600m at this track. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is right in contention. KAGEMARU (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Looks to be in the right race so he should be in contention again.
