Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Kirakirari. KAIRASHI (6) did a great job to score by 2.5 lengths over today's course and distance last start in a much improved run. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is good enough to cope. EL FENIX (8) is back after a break of five-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff he finished eighth over 1700m at Sapporo Dirt. Rates highly and is a strong chance to break through. WISTERIA DADDY (5) did his best work late and got up for third over today's trip at this track last start. Has a win and five minor placings from nine starts at this track and distance. One to consider. BIJIN HAKUMEI (10) has not raced since her debut back on August 10 when she finished 13th over 1400m at Chukyo Dirt. Top-three chance with that run under her belt.
