AGED CARE (1) outclassed last time when no match for Shropshire Lad over 1100m at Scone. That has proven to be a strong race, and since kept up to the mark with an 800m tick over trial. Goes close. PRIDE OF LANKA (9) record hardly appeals and deserves another chance on the back up after fading badly at Taree on June 5. Will go forward from the good draw and give a ton of cheek.
